Tahlia DeLorenzo, LPC, NCC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) In New Jersey. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. My holistic approach seeks to heal the whole you - mind-body, soul, and spirit to deepen your understanding of self and interaction with the world. I am most passionate about helping those who feel lost or overwhelmed transform their reality through exploration of self, thoughts, and life experiences. I strive to help you gain meaningful insight into how life-long patterns were developed and why they continue to show up in relationships, family, career, and daily life. I use mindfulness to guide your inward journey. I help those with worry and anxiety create inner calm and harness your own ability to heal and transform your life. Together we can work to resolve your immediate situation and build strengths as you journey to discover your true self and regain control over your life. With the power of human connection, I guide you to safely and compassionately explore your most sensitive self and use it as a tool to navigate the world with ease, intention, and love.

I am a trauma-informed therapist working with all ages and cultures, including at-risk populations. My professional background includes working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and groups. I worked in a variety of clinical settings: hospital based programs, short-term and long-term substance abuse rehabilitation centers, crisis stabilization, private school, outpatient programs, community in-home therapy, and private practice. I have significant clinical experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
